1. Service Definition and Acceptance
1.1 Service Content
- Professional Icon Generation: Generate scalable vector icons through artificial intelligence technology. Output results may vary based on input descriptions and accuracy is not guaranteed.
- Background Removal: Remove backgrounds from images using AI technology. Results depend on image complexity and quality.
- Vector Conversion: Convert raster images to vector format. Quality may vary based on source image characteristics.
- Credits: Virtual measurement units purchased through secure payment processing. Each professional icon generation and background removal costs 1 credit; vector conversion costs 10 credits.
1.2 Agreement Effectiveness
By clicking "Agree" or actually using the service, you are deemed to have read and accepted this Agreement, Privacy Policy, and Terms of Service.
2. User Obligations and Code of Conduct
2.1 Legal Use Commitment
You may not use this service for the following activities:
- Generate or disseminate content that violates applicable laws (such as hate speech, terrorism, inappropriate content);
- Infringe on others' intellectual property rights (such as generating images that mimic well-known trademarks);
- Interfere with normal service operations (such as malicious data scraping, launching DDOS attacks).
2.2 Age Requirements and Minor Protection
- Users must be at least 13 years of age to use this service;
- By using this service, you represent that you meet the minimum age requirement;
- Minors must use this service under guardian supervision;
- Guardians are fully responsible for supervising and controlling minors' use of the service.
3. Content Moderation System

We employ advanced AI content review systems to automatically detect and prevent the generation of prohibited content:
- Real-time Detection: All generation requests undergo automatic review before processing;
- Generation Failure Protection: Prohibited content requests will show generation failure without deducting user credits;
- Prohibited Categories: Includes adult content, politically sensitive material, graphic violence, and discriminatory content;
- Continuous Improvement: Our review algorithms are continuously optimized to improve accuracy and effectiveness.
System Transparency: Our automated systems may occasionally flag legitimate content. Users can contact support for review if they believe content was incorrectly filtered.
4. Prohibited Content Categories
The following types of content are strictly prohibited from generation:
4.1 Adult/Sexual Content
- Pornographic, explicit, or sexually suggestive imagery
- Any sexual content involving minors
- Detailed depictions of human reproductive anatomy
- Content promoting sexual services or activities
4.2 Violence and Extreme Content
- Graphic violence, gore, or disturbing imagery
- Content promoting self-harm or suicide
- Terrorism or violent extremism materials
- Torture, abuse, or cruelty depictions
4.3 Hate Speech and Discrimination
- Content targeting individuals based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or other protected characteristics
- Hate speech or incitement to violence against specific groups
- Harassment, bullying, or intimidation content
- Holocaust denial or other historical atrocity denial
4.4 Illegal Activities
- Drug manufacturing, distribution, or usage instructions
- Weapon manufacturing guides or bomb-making instructions
- Money laundering or fraud scheme depictions
- Any content promoting or facilitating illegal activities
4.5 Privacy Violations
- Unauthorized portraits of real individuals (especially public figures)
- Deepfakes or misleading identity representations
- Private information disclosure or identity theft
- Non-consensual intimate imagery
4.6 Intellectual Property Infringement
- Copyrighted characters, logos, or trademarks
- Unauthorized reproduction of protected artwork
- Brand impersonation or counterfeiting
- Content that violates third-party intellectual property rights
Important Notice: This list is not exhaustive. We reserve the right to prohibit additional content types that violate applicable laws, community standards, or our terms of service.
5. User Responsibility and Liability
5.1 Content Responsibility
- Full Liability: Users bear complete responsibility for all input prompts and generated content;
- Legal Compliance: Users must ensure all generated content complies with applicable laws and this Agreement;
- Commercial Use Risk: Users assume all risks associated with commercial use of generated content;
- Third-Party Rights: Users are responsible for ensuring content does not violate third-party rights.
5.2 Content Ownership
- User Ownership: Users retain full ownership of compliant generated content;
- Commercial License: Users receive complete commercial usage rights for their generated content;
- Platform Rights: We claim no ownership rights over user-generated content;
- License Grant: Users grant us limited rights to process content for service provision only.
5.3 Compliance Obligations
- Legal Compliance: Users must comply with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction;
- Prohibited Use: Users must not use the service for any illegal purposes;
- Damage Liability: Users are liable for any damages resulting from violation of these terms;
- Indemnification: Users agree to indemnify us against claims arising from their use of the service.
Rights Protection: We support users' legitimate creative and commercial activities while maintaining platform safety and legal compliance.
6. Dispute Resolution Process

4.2 Service Availability

9.2 Data Ownership
- Copyright ownership of generated images/text follows "originality" principles. If content does not infringe on third-party rights, you may use it freely;
- Platform reserves the right to delete content suspected of infringement or violations without prior notice.
9.3 Privacy Protection
- Data collection scope: We do not collect any user personal information, only recording basic usage records such as function usage count and generation time;
- Data use limitations: Never used for training third-party models. All data is encrypted and stored on servers within applicable jurisdictions.
10. Agreement Termination
6.1 Breach Handling
- If you violate this Agreement, the platform may suspend service and reserves the right to pursue legal responsibility;
- Remaining credits in your account will not be refunded.
6.2 Dispute Resolution
- Consultation priority: Disputes should first be resolved through customer service channels;
- Legal jurisdiction: If consultation fails, disputes will be submitted to courts with jurisdiction in [company location].
11. Other
